Integrations

What Paytabl connects to, and where each one stands.

Payments, wallets and review links work today. Square is a confirmed POS partner with its connection coming soon. Every other POS is still to confirm, and Paytabl runs without one in the meantime.

Point of sale

A connected POS sends us the open bill and takes each payment back as a tender, so the check closes on its own.

  • Square, Confirmed

  • Stripe, Built in

Every payment is a direct charge on your restaurant's own Stripe account, paid out to your bank by Stripe.

  • Apple Pay, Built in

Guests pay in one tap on iPhone, where the browser offers it.

  • Google Pay, Built in

Guests pay in one tap on Android and in Chrome, where the browser offers it.

  • Paytronix, To confirm

Reviews

Where happy guests can say so.

  • Google reviews, Built in

After a rating at or above your threshold, guests get a button to your Google review page. Lower ratings come to you privately.

Product names are their owners' trademarks. Showing one doesn't mean its owner endorses us, and “To confirm” means nothing is agreed yet.

No POS connection needed

Standalone mode works today.

Paytabl doesn't wait for a POS link. Your team keeps the bill in the staff app, and everything after the scan is the same.

  1. Key the bill inStaff open a bill from the staff app, item by item from your menu or as just the total.
  2. Guests scan and payThey split it, tip and pay from their phone, as at any other table.
  3. Paper receiptsAt a table with no open bill, a guest can enter their receipt's total. Staff check it before or as they pay.
  4. Close the dayEvery payment shows in the dashboard and the cash-up, matched to its bill.

Try it first

Every step runs on a built-in POS simulator.

The simulator stands in for a real POS: open a check, add items, take cash, and watch the guest's bill change live. Every demo runs on it, so you can see the whole flow before anything is connected.
